I was a little disappointed to find that the inside is nylon (goes well with the red on the outside) - but nylon, not leather like my old Buxton. I think I'll get used to the different pocket configuration, but I miss the 4 tiny, almost hidden pockets my Buxtons have always had. Not sure how well they hold up with nylon, it looks a bit cheap. I didn't buy Buxton this time because for some reason they stopped using single hole zips. I find this hole very useful - I attached a key ring to it. That way I have my driver's license and ID with me when I take my keys and walk to the store or elsewhere. I can't leave my wallet somewhere and go home. Yes, I'm trying to make it foolproof! It works for me. For this price I'm willing to try a new interior. Very attractive on the outside and well made.
