Although I received the product in a plain brown box labeled 'Refurbished' with a standard 1 year warranty, I couldn't get it to work properly with my 2012 Mac Mini main work computer. I followed the basic guide, downloaded the driver, installed it and still couldn't get past step 4 which is called product registration. Also, the Wacom utility couldn't even recognize the tablet. I went through my macOS hardware/software system and the USB information clearly showed an 'unknown device' connected to the port. Contacting Wacom didn't help anyway. I erased everything and tried to connect and register the tablet with my old 2012 MacBook Pro - still nothing. So I tried installing it on an older laptop running Windows 7 64-bit and it booted up and seemed to install and recognize correctly. However, I prefer to use it on my everyday work computer, my Mac. I tried contacting Wacom but it didn't work. I will return it asap and try to buy a NEW model.
