I wanted to use this to "deliver" Halloween tests to kids. I charged the device and added batteries. Then I checked it and the wheels didn't move. The reset function worked, but it didn't move like a vehicle because the wheels weren't moving. So. I am returning and will not be able to minister to vulnerable families this year.
