was damaged I had it 2 weeks ago. I use it every day to find comfort for my lower back pain. It really helps with my aches and pains. Not only me and my husband use the chair massage, my 16 year old son who is athletic uses this massage after his morning soccer practice - he said it helps with any body/muscle aches. We are considering buying a pair of these chairs as a gift for our parents/mother-in-law. No assembly required at all, you take the chair out of the box and you just need to unfold the chair, plug it into an outlet, after a few minutes you can sit down, turn on any massage function you want and relax. Highly recommend for those who want to have a massage right at home. I really love ours!
