Be careful with the sizing
5'9" 185 lbs, plus small I really think you'll be fine as long as you stick to what you normally get. The sleeve length from XL fits me but I'm afraid they'll be too short if I go to medium or L for the price not worth sending back so I'll order a smaller size and see what happens.
