The handle does not fit snugly on the bracket.
I really liked the shower head. The design sucks. The location where the handle attaches to the bracket was incorrectly designed. Only the nut is included in the holder. It doesn't hold securely in the holder and has popped out several times. Painting ceilings, walls, mirrors, paintings. Today I've come to the conclusion that I don't want to. I need to buy a new shower head. The rod was not touching the holder. I couldn't use the shower. I think the designer is a no brainer trying to fit a walnut into a round whole. I need to buy a new shower enclosure in a few months. The pen does not stay in the holder. Jump up and spray the ceiling and walls.
