Perfect fit. I'm short, medium height and busty (5ft 3in, 32-34 DDD, 26 waist, 38 hips, 135 lbs). So I can hardly adjust my size [size 6 to 8 depending on cut and style]. These coats look like baggy garbage bags or maternity clothes, or they fit well but can't be buttoned at the chest. This coat has a nice fit, with a nice pleat at the waist that's comfortable and gives you that hourglass look even if you don't have one! And I can breathe when it's zipped up because there's room for my chest. .This is the perfect style for a puffy down coat. Many coat designers think women have a 2x4 figure with no breasts, hips or buttocks and are cut accordingly. Note to designers. no woman over 21 looks like a 14 year old boy. Resistance to heat and wind is just fantastic, but as for waterproofing, I don't know anything yet. The bib is stylish. The hood is bulky and stylish, allows you to wear a hat underneath, doesn't tangle your hair or stick to your face. I originally bought knee length clothes but they are too big for my small size [5ft 3in]. So I brought it back to thigh length and it looked better but still kept you warm and protected. I have the color merlot which is surprisingly better than the picture... burgundy not pink.
