I had to replace the speakers in my truck they blew up while visiting a dealer who wasn't here or there. They were well received and it's hard to beat the sound quality for the price. I didn't want $500 speakers that could hear flying gnats in the studio, I wanted speakers that didn't sound like I was using a 1960's single speaker transistor radio. The sound quality is good for listening to the radio, music or phone calls. If you want to see how fast you can blow them out at 100 decibels, spend the money on speakers that can handle it. If you just want to listen to music or a radio going back and forth, they just work fine. I would buy them again without hesitation.
