Does not meet US airlines carry-on size restrictions (and the large bag is too big to check)

Cabin is 23 inches high not 21 as advertised so does not meet most standards The US airline has size restrictions. In addition, a large checked bag is 63 inches long and therefore does not meet the 62 inch limit for screening without paying the oversized bag fee.
