My daughter got this MP3 for Christmas 2019. She likes him very much. The sound quality and the external speaker made me decide to get my own. So I ordered it in October 2020. Since then I really like it, it has a long battery life (but the battery indicator on the screen never shows a decrease until it is almost empty, which is completely inaccurate), it has a great sound (I've even used it in the car, when a proper connection wasn't possible, just with its own speaker and volume) and it can store a lot of songs (I have hundreds of them and barely used most of the memory). capacity in general). It is often used during car rides and daily walks/exercises. Within a few months of ownership, some strange problems began, well beyond Revain's return policy (I wouldn't want to return it anyway). So I spoke to the seller (Linking Port) and they are amazing! They told me one thing (yes I completely drained the battery which caused the problem, cheers, solved) but he had another song restarting issue (so weird). Linking Port sent me a new MP3 without hesitation. It's amazing customer service, they stand behind their product (if they can help you they will, if they can't they will fix it anyway). That means I don't have to be without this great little MP3, and I really do. I'm grateful because I love it!
