It really works with household items
We had new laminate countertops installed in our kitchen and the smell of composite wood was just unbearable. I placed two of these little rascals in a fairly large area of the vanity and after a week or two the smell was almost gone. I don't think this would have happened if I didn't have odor absorbers.
