Well I mean it's a nose hair trimmer lol - I appreciate how quiet it is. The packaging arrived a little crumpled, but that didn't bother the device itself. The lack of a cord is nice too - it runs on a single AA battery (NOT INCLUDED FYI). It was also painless - I only felt a slight twitch when I applied the device to my nose. Please note that there are no instructions for this, but it is quite easy to use (switch on).
