Didn't last a wash

This product looked good out of the box but of course I washed it before first use and it didn't last. I washed it in a cold machine without hot drying and it still came off immediately. One of the buttonholes was already torn. I bought white stone, maybe other colors are better. It looks like an old worn flannel sheet that definitely can't serve as a duvet cover. I don't think I can return a washed item so it's a waste at $55 plus tax. Do not take any risks.
