I've been using these juggling balls for a few months now and they're not bad for the price. They don't appear to be built for heavy use as they can't take more than 100 drops or so before the electronics fall apart. Now even a particularly firm press will cause the LED to go into color changing mode regardless of the color the ball is set to and one of them will flash when dropped. One side is flat, a little strange but not too bad when the balls are in the air. The on/off button is easy to find and press. It is not possible to change the color between drawings as this requires turning off and pausing for a few seconds before turning on again. These balls are plastic and almost too big for my hands which is worth considering if you are planning to buy them for a child as they will not be able to easily catch them with their small baby hands. I have no comment on poy socks other than that I don't think they don't rip and launch the ball so I've avoided using them except to try them. In general, it's worth investing in circus gear that's designed to survive your workout, but it'll be cool for a few parties if you're already a confident juggler.
