Softer than expected
My 3 year old loves it and it's softer and warmer than I expected. Initially I thought I would have to make a removable silk or fleece liner to make it softer and warmer as my little one doesn't like being folded in half over her ears. But in middle and mid-western countries, it should be fine, and if it gets cold or windy when visiting northern relatives, we just put on the hood of the jacket.
