Review on Long-Lasting Matte Mod Podge: CS11304 Waterbase Sealer, Glue & Decoupage Finish - Massive 128 oz by Kristen Simpson

Arrived in undamaged packaging, BUT. The inner cap on the cap is intentionally punched with 2 holes, the cap was not attached tightly so it leaked over the bottle and dried out. I'm not ready to use it and now it's not airtight. At least one full 8-ounce bottle is missing. - I had to throw it out because it wasn't in the box! This company is notorious for using the "extension” of their products. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that they couldn't discuss the issue just to come back. I'd like to receive at least an 8 ounce container but can't figure out how to ask a question without returning the entire bottle. I like the product but when it starts to dry it gets lumpy and that will happen before I need it. VERY UNHAPPY. See photo. Update: refunded and then charged again that it wasn't refunded. I have proof that it was delivered. I tried twice"cheat"! I will NEVER order again! Buyer warning!
