This is a great price for tongue scrapers! It is made of pure copper and has a metallic taste in the mouth. The scraper is easy to adjust according to the size of your mouth. I don't feel sick using it in my mouth. However, the real reason I bought these scrapers was to see if the antimicrobial properties of copper would stop a cold when the tip of the tongue scraper was inserted into the nose. I can only attach the end of the scraper to one side of the nose, so the ends are probably too big. I tried using pliers to make the end of the scraper smaller, but the copper was difficult to bend into a different shape. I tried putting it up my nose when my throat was itchy, but it didn't seem to matter. However, my husband used it on his nose when he felt a cold coming on and thought his cold wasn't that bad. 5 stars because it is a tongue scraper and cleans our tongue well! As it is not intended for nasal insertion I am not deducting any stars but judging whether it helps to stop/relieve colds when nasally inserted is yet to be determined. (According to another copper device to be placed in the nose, rubbing its pure copper device into the lower half of the sinus on each side for 1 minute on each side should stop a cold if used within 3 hours of the first sign becomes from illness.)
