Not impressed. It looks quite fragile, like it could break easily. The problem with placing the camera in the center of the ring is that the ring of light bounces off your eyes. Don't even think about wearing glasses while shooting off center, the reflective ring will ruin your shots. The light only works when it's overhead if you don't want reflections, but there's no option to mount a camera under the ring. Another problem with placing your camera in the center of the ring is that when it's not in low light mode, the glare means you can't read the teleprompter, which you can do. But as they say, even at maximum brightness, it still doesn't provide enough light. As cool as ring lights sound, get a light box. I also find that the power cord is too short when the tripod is extended. The inverter hangs on the ground and loads the grid connection. I've really tried to love this light, but I see no reason to keep it. I've even tried turning it back and letting the light bounce off the reflective surface, but due to the way the lens wraps around the ring, it's impossible to avoid the ring of light on my glasses.
