I wanted a simple case for my iPad Mini. Just something to cover the screen when not in use and also double as a stand. It meets all requirements. The only two complaints I had were that I wished the lid would magnetically attach to the back of the iPad when it's open. I don't like leaving it there when I'm reading or surfing the web. Just a little annoying. Secondly, when taking photos, the lid has to remain open so that you can see the screen and not cover the rear camera, which is also a bit annoying. I'm not sure how they would fix it unless it cost a lot more, so for the price I'm happy with it.
