I do some serious cross stitch projects and have put a lot of holes in my middle finger in the past. I've used tape, band-aids, hard plastic thimbles, metal thimbles, gloves, etc. etc. etc. Then I saw a video of someone wearing a rubbery thimble and I knew this was in my future! Enthusiasm, why 3 stars? Cons: * They are too long. Must be circumcised. * My finger seems to be sweating. Well, something really sweaty. * I really only need one size, the rest seems like a waste to me. * POT, again, yes, sweat. Pros: * Easy to trim * Saves my finger from bumps * Nice colors I think. All in all, I'm glad I bought it and spared my fingers the inevitable stabbing torture they've come to expect.
