Nice product, happy with my purchase and may buy again.
I solved the problem by removing Turbobust. And left the power supply mode from the network in balance. The result is 72 frames in Forza Horizon in ultra settings, in advanced everything is turned up to ultra and extreme, even anti-aliasing is set to 8x. The temperature does not rise above 80 degrees. I'll attach a photo of the settings.

- At first, it was very hot at 93 degrees in Forza Horizon 4 on ultra settings, it reached temperature throttling, I tried to make undervolt through intel XTU, but this processor is not supported by this program. Still wants cooling
