Review on BANILA CO Clean It Zero Original πŸ’„ Cleansing Balm: The Ultimate Makeup Remover for Double Cleansing! by Scott Maddocks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm a believer now!

I've been hearing about "double cleansing" for years and have always been a little skeptical about the oil/cleansing balm method of removing makeup, especially as I have somewhat oily skin and sensitive eyes and I don't mind I really think this will work. But after reading a lot of great reviews about this product (not only on Revain but also on Youtube) I decided to give it a try and, wow, I'm very glad I did. a small spatula to scoop the product out of the jar. A little bit of this stuff goes a LONG way and makes it super economical. It took a very small amount to completely remove all of my makeup, including my eye makeup. It's very light and not heavy/greasy at all. I was worried it would burn my eyes or leave a film in my eyes but I had no problem with that. I don't think it's technically fragrance-free, but I can't smell an overpowering scent/perfume, which I think is fine. After all my makeup had melted I added some water (as directed) to emulsify the balm and it came off so easily. Then I applied my favorite gel/foam cleanser (Neutrogena unscented liquid). My skin is super clear without feeling dry. I don't use makeup every day, but now that I do I'm going to use this cleansing balm as the first step in my cleansing routine.
