I have extremely severe Restless Legs Syndrome. What I've found is that when you use different stimuli to trick the nerves in your legs, it often stops the creepy crawly sensation. I used this massage gun with a round nozzle that gently moves up and down my legs on a medium setting. It took a few minutes but it worked for me. While I have not used any of the other attachments they appear to be of good quality and I am sure they will work well for those who need them. This is a very basic massage gun that needs improvement. When I received mine the stamp on the power button was almost worn off and I can't see well enough to find it easily. The LCD will not show anything other than the intensity level. The battery level isn't shown, so I guess you'll know when it's low if it just shuts down. It's pretty hard for me too. I've lost some strength in my arms and forearms and can't use them for as long as I'd like. I don't like the cable either. Assuming it goes out or did I put it in the wrong place? I mean strange things happened. Then it will be useless. This is a good massage gun that needs improvement in my opinion. It's not going to be the one I'm reaching for when my restless leg hits me, or for any other reason. It's too heavy, it's missing important features and I just can't see the power button. That's not my favorite.
