Broken zipper is the best laptop accessory

I received this product about a month ago and have hardly used it. I opened the cover and the main zipper popped open immediately! I find it quite ridiculous that for the price I paid for this item it should break so quickly with so little use. I've added a photo of the flash so you can better understand what I'm talking about. However, I would also like to know what future steps can be taken for my inconvenience. I'm now sleeveless for my computer when I travel. I have bought from them before and am very disappointed in the product they sold me!
