This case is well made from a fairly heavy material and seems to hold up to everyday use. I have an old injury that worries me. This sleeve supports my leg and relieves pain after a day's work. My foot is about 10.5 inches so I'm a size S/M. I wasn't looking for something really tight so this is comfortable for me. If you need more compression, bandages can be used over it. and wrapped as tightly as you like. The sleeve stays up without cutting the leg below the knee. Bandages are well made of heavier material. Haven't tried them yet but have wrapped many legs over the years and they are well made and should work well based on past experience with various wrapping materials.
