Better than others but could be better

So I like that it is adjustable and easy to use. I also like that I can just pop an ice pack in to snuggle up to my healing for a while. I don't like that my sole seems to get hot in it and it's quite heavy. You should also wear socks or pants, otherwise (in my opinion) it is not so pleasant for the skin. It's not at all comfortable to wear at night unless you might be sleeping on your back. I tried wearing it both with and without wedge heels for a couple of nights and after a couple of hours I ripped it off as my foot was numb and it was too uncomfortable, not to mention it kept me up at night! Now I wear it for a few hours watching TV before bed and it's more bearable. You can't walk in them either and I've found my foot tends to slide forward no matter how much I adjust the straps! Well, having said that, I've tried other PF tires and found that they aren't as good as this one for stretching my foot. While not 100% great, it's better than others I've tried. I'm still struggling with PF so the jury's out if this will ever help my leg pain or if it's just a temporary fix.

Pros
  • Leg and foot rests
Cons
  • Not all will fit
