It had a broken vacuum port on the metal cap. I managed to use the cap from an old carburetor. fuel filter. hahaha. he is very, very small. The shape is the same as everything you buy except for the size of the Barbie doll's scooter. the same for the air filter. It's amazing how everything looks normal in the photos. In the end the manifold was fine and the carburetor worked fine after I replaced the broken cap. I'm sure you can get this from someone else without paying extra for barbie doll filters. EDIT: ok, it's official. Carbohydrates suck too. Cold start does not work, you need to remove the air filter and press it with your hand to warm it up. I guess now I have to take 2 carbs and make one. What a waste of money.
