I like that it has easy-to use features with simple interface, so you can easily navigate your messages without having too much distraction from other tabs in my computer screen.(I have multiple programs open at once). It also allows me access anywhere through mobile app or web browser(browser only if using desktop version) as well as PC/Mac which makes this software very user friendly! Sometimes when people are typing there's lag but not really enough for me to say anything about it because it doesn't happen often.
