An excellent device for its purpose. The only issue here is that the included battery has a fairly short lifespan, but there is a larger capacity battery if you want to buy a spare or replace your existing battery. The most impressive feature of this device is the pure sound quality and coverage it offers during conference calls. We used to use a landline phone's built-in speaker for conference calls, and while it wasn't bad, it was acceptable. However, this device is a game changer for us. Now we can have a large group of participants in a conference room and not have to worry about bringing the phone closer to the person speaking, eliminating distractions.
