The best thing about journey is its ability to make complex functions such as sales and marketing automation, customer relationship management, and CRM etc. easy for users with little technical knowledge. Also it helps the organization to manage the data in an efficient way. I would say there are few things which could be improved like the UI and some of the features need to be reviewed. If you are looking for a tool that can help your business grow then journey is the right choice. We have been using journey since last 2 years and we haven't faced any issues so far. It has helped us to automate our processes and keep track of all our activities and tasks.
