Need an economical table, larger than a bedside table but smaller than a bookshelf. This set of two tables with three shelves can be easily assembled into four shelves and two shelves. the larger one (29 inches) is perfect, corner table by the window for my cat. the shorter 15" stands next to my computer desk for extra storage. These desks are sturdy and will support the weight of my 16 lb cat, but probably not the weight of a child. My cat would jump off the floor onto the desk without knocking it over would but would probably knock him over if he wasn't in the corner.. would highly recommend these tables and will most likely be ordering more if needed.
