The TV works again with great colors! It was the best and cheapest alternative to buying the whole device. Item was shipped as promised and arrived earlier than expected. If you enjoy working with small parts and electronics, this is what you need. If you do not want to disassemble, then take the more expensive device as a whole. Although a delicate part, it took less than 30 minutes to remove, disassemble, dust and install a new lamp for replacement. Make sure the device is fully inserted and connected to avoid error messages when you turn the TV back on. On the second try it was connected and for more than a month there were no problems.
