Although this laptop screen protector is designed for exactly that - a laptop (Chromebook I think - Laptop) ), I had other ideas on this. I recently bought a 2020 Subaru Outback with an 11.6" "Central Information Display" touchscreen. A little search on Revain led to this 11.6" screen protector. The Actual dimensions were the same as Subaru's touchscreen "foil" and a genuine screen protector. It's a fairly rigid but somewhat flexible material. Follow the instructions and get rid of dust and fingerprints on the screen. and it should be pretty easy. Because the Subaru's screen doesn't have a "bezel," it was a little more difficult to align properly, but with a little careful alignment, proper placement wasn't an issue. After aligning and removing the inner protective shipping layer from the screen protector (see CAUTION below), the screen protector is applied in the same manner as the stiffer glass screen protectors I have used on the iPad and iPhone. I started at the top and left it on the car display. The only air bubble that was under the screen after it was fully taped was easily pushed out with the piece of cardboard that came with it. Final placement will not show air bubbles or dust. The screen protector is NOT perfectly transparent: I was under the impression that there was very little color shifting and loss of contrast, but nothing that would change the game or make me turn down a reorder if needed. Touch sensitivity is good. However, prior to installation, my car's touchscreen felt a bit too sensitive; Sometimes my selection worked as I approached the screen. Now you need to touch the application or selection you want to bring up exactly as it should. A NOTICE. The package contains more installation items than what is indicated in the included instructions. Check out the packaging and see what suits you. WARNING: The shipping protective films on the front and back of the protective film were NOT easy to remove. In fact, the little tabs you have to pull to remove the shipping wraps start to loosen when I try to pull them. Be patient and pull slowly. In fact, I had to use my fingernail to begin removing the outer foil from the opposite corner of the tongue. This tab just didn't work.
