I ordered it in April and in August the strap came loose. I was walking through the grocery store and my wallet literally fell off my wrist and hit the floor. I have contacted Michael Kors and their warranty does not cover items purchased from Revain. I think the cash slot is pretty tight. I don't use the other side for my phone as it doesn't fit the case I have on it, I tend to use it for gift cards, receipts, bonus cards etc. Update - Revain have worked with the seller and my bracelet was replaced. I just hope it doesn't break again anytime soon.
