Review on Hayden Automotive 678 Rapid-Cool 🔥 Transmission Cooler with Plate and Fin Design by Jeff Payne

I bought this transmission oil cooler for a 2007 Nissan Frontier, not because I tow a trailer or haul heavy loads in it, but because this and several other Nissan models are notorious for being made of flimsy plastic. Radiators becoming brittle and cracked, allowing antifreeze to enter the transmission, necessitating a major overhaul, essentially a complete rebuild or replacement of the transmission and flushing of the engine cooling system. Installing this radiator bypasses the vehicle's engine radiator. This will not allow antifreeze to get into the transmission due to a failed radiator. Money on an oil cooler is money well spent, it's like buying insurance against spending thousands of dollars on future repairs. The kit includes everything you need to install. I don't understand why some reviewers are saying they need to buy an extra hose. In fact, I had a small hose left after the installation. The Revain Garage says the quick coupler is not included, but this coupler is included, do not purchase it separately. Installation was quick and easy. This cooler is not made in China like most, it is made in Australia and the quality is excellent. I am satisfied with this product.
