First a little information. We need to unplug each earbud and remove a small piece of plastic to allow them to charge properly. This will turn them both on. When I waited a day, thinking they would charge first, they were down to 76%. I removed the plastic and put it back in the holder for an hour, the number stayed 76, it was 99 when I first opened it, thought it meant the charge level, but with the plastic on the contacts, what did it say there? I pulled out the bases and noticed that one of them was flashing red and blue, so I searched for devices on my Samsung S10e and found one labeled T17 and added it since it had a headphone icon. They connected and I put them in my ears and tried some music, kind of a tin can as the ends are too big to fit my ear canal and there were no size options for my ears. My phone reported a 90% charge. When I bring them to my ear the sound is decent, lots of bass, lower notes, when I leave them where they just touch I lose bass and hear more treble. Instruction search box, TWS, the name on the box is on the website, could not find Lecuy, in fact, the Lecuy name was only on the case, not on the box. I'm not sure how comfortable it will be to wear them all day if they don't fit my ear properly. I assume my ears will hurt as it was only 1 song and they are already starting to hurt. No external ear clips, convenient inside where they should be inserted. Ears don't hurt just dangling them but the sound is super tinny, most likely enough for phone calls or video chat, they don't suit me if they don't fit or have a deep sound. So if they fit, if they had a choice of accessories, a manual then it would be a decent set. The base without headphones still shows 76, I don't know why.
