Review on Hansgrohe 04542000 Raindance Select SAMSet by Gary Beard

I have had a different HansGrohe hand shower in the main bathroom for many years and had to replace the old hand shower in the second bathroom. I chose this one because of the updated design, 3 modes and a select button (instead of having to turn the shower head). It's easy to attach and looks great. 3 modes: Rain Air (feel gentle rain), Rain (stronger jet pressure) and Whirl (this is not a massage). Between the three settings, I start with Rain Air, then to rinse out all of the soap and shampoo, I switch to the more intense Rain setting because it has more water pressure. The vortex feels comfortable, but I would have preferred a good back massager instead. At $135 and backed by a lifetime warranty, this is a very good product. In 12 years I had to replace the hose on my old model in the regular bathroom 3 times, and HansGrohe did it free of charge each time. This new hose is better made and looks like it should hold up better in everyday use.
