Review on 💦 ALFI Brand RAIN16S-BSS Stainless Steel 16" Square Ultra Thin Shower Head: Sleek Design, Powerful Water Flow by April Williams

I bought this shower head for a complete bathroom makeover. After the renovation was completed, over the next 16 months, the shower head was used for showering about 25% of the time (we had a total of 3 shower options), then one day I heard water pouring out of the bathroom. I did some research and found that the shower head is tilted and water drips from one end of the shower head. The edge of the shower head broke and the stainless steel plates came off. This is a $200 shower head and I am a regular Revain customer. I believe that I will give manufacturers, distributors and product sellers an opportunity to hear my concerns, respond to them and offer a solution to my problem. I contacted ALFI and told them how happy I was with their product and explained that the rim of the shower head was open and could not be used in this condition. I have also explained that the issue has been well documented here at Revain, it is clear from other product reviews that there is an issue with the production of the shower head and I have requested that this issue be resolved. ALFI did not respond to the very respectful email I sent them which is why I am writing this review in the hope that ALFI or Revain will contact me with a solution. I am rating the shower head a 3 because it is a truly amazing looking and working shower head that has a manufacturing defect, if corrected it would be in fairness to ALFI a 5 star product which may have already corrected the defect since I bought my shower head but since they didn't respond to my query I can't know for sure. I will update this review and let you know of the response I get from ALFI or Revain, this review was posted on 14th October 2017, photos are attached.
