Fuse too heavy for wire size
Fuse too big for wire size. The 12 AWG wire in the boat must not carry more than 25 amps if the distance from the battery and the rear is less than 6 feet (instrument), and even less if the round trip distance is longer, according to the specified Standards from the American Boating and Yachting Guide.
