It took me a few weeks to find time to try this paper. And to be honest I didn't know what to expect as I'm not an avid artist. However, when I opened the package, the first thing that struck me was the weight of the paper. Just one swipe and you can find that it holds the watercolor well and doesn't soak it up causing the colors you want to use to fade. I had my children draw a picture for me and there was no flow of flowers. It wasn't a mess for her and now I'm sketching the first image I'm going to try. The quality of the material is pretty good and I think the amount you get is worth what you pay for it. These 2 pads last a long time and this paper goes perfectly with the drawing pencils from the same company. Very happy with my purchase, will definitely stock up here when I need it.
