Review on MultiTrack by Keith Harris

I like how easy it is for me as an operator or driver manager to see everything about my drivers' performance in real time with this software! It's so helpful when you have multiple trucks that are driving around at once; knowing who has been late/on schedule helps keep everyone organized & working together towards common goals (i.e.: keeping our customers happy). Sometimes there will not show up any information if they haven't reported their hours worked yet but we're able to get the info from another source which makes life easier. We had some issues getting started using multi track right away because initially most people weren’t familiarized wth what was going wrong. Once that got sorted out though things went smoothly moving forward. At first only 1 truck would display its actual location during route planning however after contacting support through emailing them directly - 2nd party tracking became available via GPS tracker devices.
