I have a form of dysautonomia called POTS where my heart rate increases when I stand up. Staying hydrated is key to managing my condition. These SaltStick Chews help me stay hydrated enough to reduce the amount of medication I have to take. They also helped me to go to the emergency room several times. I'm not promising they will magically cure any ailment you may have, but they will definitely help you stay hydrated (provided you drink enough water when you take them, too). Plus, they're delicious (especially the ones with lemon and lime)!
