I ordered 4 of these stools for my kitchen island. It's the perfect height for a counterbalanced island and the footstool is neither too high nor too low. The pillow is very comfortable and easy to clean. My floors are fairly level so I didn't have to use them, but adjustable feet would certainly be nice if you have an uneven floor and don't want the stools to wobble. I had a small problem with the composition of my order. A piece of metal was not drilled for screws during manufacture. An email to customer service with pictures of the problem was answered the same day and after verification of my purchase and shipping address a replacement stool was sent which arrived about two days later. + for customer support. Fast, friendly and efficient.
