I have a new Eluktronics Mech-15 G3 and a 15.6 inch version of the case (seemed a bit bigger than the 16 inch version, probably due to the fact that it is designed for a MacBook ) - and with some headroom it fits perfectly. So if you want something more solid for a laptop like this, you can do with the 16-inch option. It's very well made and I love all the pockets. I'm a pack rat with mild OCD. The ability to place and organize all peripherals, flash drives, cables, etc. - feels very good. Zippers, materials, seams - everything looks first class. I haven't dropped the case to test it yet (and hopefully never will!) but it's definitely waterproof. It is also resistant to cat claws! Good, durable material for the outer layer. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a quality case with extra pockets!
