So far this is a great light. This is an unboxing review only, as I haven't had a chance to fully test it I have a lens for it. I'm an aspiring street and lifestyle photographer. I bought this light to brighten up low light street shots, be they long exposures or portraits. Brightness far, for the price. One mode gives you full control over the temperature of the white light. RGB is the full spectrum from red to blue and everything in between. I can't judge the battery life, but it doesn't matter for photography. I believe this is important only for video recording. The photos above were taken at 50% brightness. With my phone in night vision mode (low light compensation). All the lights were turned off and I added a matte black cardboard backing to reduce reflection, bounce and spread. Thus all the light is straight and sharp, no manipulation. This flashlight fits all my tripods. Full size mono/tripod and mini tripod with release handle. I don't use a cold shoe or hot shoe but plan to use the built in magnet outdoors in the future.
