We paid full price for a new tablet and got a used one. When we turned it on to set it up, a 4 year old boy who had previously logged into Gmail had an account already set up and it wasn't working properly. It wasn't at all what we expected from reading the Q&A section and other reviews :( The touchscreen was finicky and kept turning off while we were using it, switching between screens without touching it. Weak plastic casing , power and volume controls are right where you want your kid to be holding the tablet and it was very difficult trying to jump through the hurdles of installing apps onto it. Finally, and what really killed us was, that it wasn't even compatible with many of the main children's applications!
