I appreciate how easy it is to use, so that our staff can easily find what they need when needed! It's also great because we are able to send reminders for upcoming meetings before they take place which saves us time in having to remind people afterwards about an agenda or meeting date changes etc.
Honestly nothing really at this point - just have been using since 2012 now with no issues reported by other clients/users from my team who has used as well over 12 years ago (we're talking 2008). Great tool if you want something simple but effective where users don't have too much of hassle finding information required within the platform quickly & efficiently. We mainly rely upon this system during training sessions / events held throughout the year via Zoom software.
