Since the bracelet was shipped from China, I received my bracelet on time and it was exactly as described. It's a little loose but I can adjust it to fit. The only thing I really didn't like was that the bracelet they sent had the wrong information engraved on the front. No one should ever wear a medical bracelet with invalid information, especially if it's on the page with the specific medical condition you want to tell strangers and first responders while wearing it. The engraving turned out well in the font I wanted, but as I wrote, the front was not engraved correctly. Initially I was a bit upset about the wrong engraving combined with the 10-15 day wait. However, this disappeared as soon as I contacted the sellers. They answered my questions almost immediately. They were also very friendly and offered to either replace it for free or give me a full refund. I have decided to replace it and am currently awaiting its arrival. I'm sure our correspondence has been crystal clear on both sides and I know they will send me the right bracelet this time. However, if this is not the case I will definitely amend this review to reflect that in the future. I rated it 5 stars because the product itself seems durable and not made from inferior materials. All of the links on the medical ID strap feel very strong, and the links that connect the strap itself to the clasp feel as strong and durable as any watch I've ever bought. Longevity can only be judged by the passage of time, but I don't see that as a problem for the future. The final reason for my review was the excellent customer care, understanding and friendliness. Everything that is written I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future. I'm sure they get a lot of orders and over time there will be mistranslations or simple mistakes. From a probabilistic point of view, it's certainly not impossible if the measure of the probability of sending something wrong out of their factory/shop is remotely "small". I can't justify them if my event falls into that category and their customer service got me there. I hope this stays on topic, but I mentioned the possibility above because there are many negative reviews about vendors that are unfounded. Errors are always possible and can easily happen with any online order. Anyway, I see no logical reason to penalize suppliers if they are willing to work with you to correct a mistake. Contact them first and if you're still unsatisfied, write your review and deduct stars as you see fit, but if you haven't made an effort to reach out and make corrections, you shouldn't write a review. That's why I've been waiting to write this review and that's why I haven't deducted any stars from their rating for this product.
