Review on Alligator Leather Stainless Buckle Women's Watches with Swatch Design by Keith Cannon

Good leather strap, not the best quality but a good replacement. The two problems I had to solve are 1. The band pins are too long and stick out so I had to take the watch to a jeweler to get the correct pins, which defeats the purpose of ordering from Amazon and DIY2. I have a medium hand but the holes don't line up that way so I'm up on the second to last hole but will take care of that when I get to that point but still weird. The worst case, that's why I gave it 3 stars, is the customer service. A cryptic email reply and. Nothing. I was lucky enough to get a good strap, I'll see how it does, but if you get a bad one just return it. Do not call customer service because most likely no one will answer!
