Windows 10 identified the controller as MA410 under Control Panel->Hardware and Sound->Devices and Printers. The MasterPlus software did not find the controller. In order for the MasterPlus software to recognize the controller, I had to update the firmware. I found a link to a file called ARGB BOX_REV0001_190131.zip on a web forum. When I ran it and followed the instructions (yes disable everything) the firmware updated to version 1 and then when I ran the MasterPlus software it recognized it and updated the firmware to version 8. Now I can turn the lights over control the software.
